Delbert R. Wilkins
Delbert Wilkins is the vice president of Canal Barge Company, Inc.; the vice president of terminal operations and business development at Canal Terminal Company, Inc.; and the president and vice chairman of the board for Illinois Marine Towing, Inc. Previously, he was vice president of vessel operations at the American Commercial Barge Line and was vice president and general manager of Gulf Operations at the Louisiana Dock Company. Delbert earned a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Pittsburgh and is on the board of directors of The American Waterways Operators.
